Bush Dill "Serebryanka".
A generous harvest of thick and delicate leaves!
A compact variety of bush dill for growing both outdoors and in greenhouses.
Mid-season: 35-45 days from germination to harvesting for greens. It forms compact and densely leafy plants 90-100 cm high with dark green leaves that have a waxy coating of a bluish-gray hue. The aroma is high, the taste is spicy, pleasant, and refreshing. The mass of greens obtained from one plant is – 20-30 g. The average yield of greens is 2.1-2.5 kg/m2.
All parts of the plant are rich in essential oils, vitamins, flavonoids, and salts of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Greens can be dried and frozen for future use.
Fresh produce harvested in dry weather retains its consumer qualities in a household refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Sow seeds in open ground to a depth of 1-1.5 cm. To get greens for a long time, seeds are sown several times per season with an interval of 15-20 days. To obtain earlier greens, winter sowing is possible in late October-early November.
